Conditions of Use

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card(visa,master,jcb etc major credit card), bank transfer.  We will guarantee the security of your card details. Usually we prefer you to pay it by credit card which is much safer and faster for you.
If any of the products on your order are out of stock, we will endeavor to inform you promptly. 

When Will My Delivery Arrive?
Mostly order will be shipped by Express, which may take 2 to 3 days after delivered. If you want the goods urgently express courier is your first choice. We use the services of Fedex, DHL, UPSto deliver the goods you purchased directly to your door. Upon shipment, you will receive an email message with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your orders at any time, on the shipping company's website. It may takes 2 to 3 days to you by Fedex, DHL and UPS.
* Please note that at certain times of the year, such as China Lunar year, some services may not be available and/or the delivery schedule and examples detailed above may not be applicable. Whenever this occurs we will publish the amended schedule on the home page.
When you place an order that requires a signature upon delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure there will be a responsible person available at the delivery address given to receive the package and sign for the goods.
If there is nobody available at the specified delivery address when the courier attempts to deliver the package, they will leave a card at the address letting the recipient know they have attempted to deliver the package and containing further instructions. When a delivery has been attempted and carded in this manner, it does NOT count as a failed delivery.
If an order is returned to us by the courier undelivered, after the courier has attempted to delivery it within the time specified, and subsequently carded it as there was no responsible person available to accept the package, you will be refunded the value of goods purchased, however, the carriage charges will not be refunded.

Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is returned to Shop Online after our couriers have attempted to deliver the goods and the consignment has been refused or not accepted by any person at the delivery address, a further charge for redelivery will be payable. If you do not wish to pay an additional charge the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded for the cost of the goods on the order. Carriage charges will not be refunded cases such as this. 

Back Orders
If the goods that you order are not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, you will be entitled to cancel the order in full, cancel the out of stock item and receive the rest of the order, wait until the stock comes in or consider an alternative product. 

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Gamedepot4u shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Gamedepot4u shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
